PLUS has initiated a significant endeavor focused on providing skill development and rehabilitation services to youth, women, incarcerated individuals, vulnerable populations, persons with disabilities and underrepresented segments of society. This initiative encompasses both correctional facilities and community settings. Through targeted skill enhancement and rehabilitation programs, PLUS aims to empower marginalized communities, enhancing employability at both national and international levels, reduce crime rates, and achieve sustainable reintegration of offenders into society.
