Abid Hussain, as an advocate and member of PLUS, is dedicated to championing the rights of vulnerable communities, particularly individuals with disabilities. At PLUS, he employs a holistic approach to foster societal well-being through a range of essential initiatives. These include legal assistance, income generation programs, business-focused training, vocational education, and rehabilitation services aimed at enhancing mental well-being. His efforts aim to ensure prosperity and inclusivity for those most in need. Furthermore, he oversees the legal research component within the organization

Mr. Ali Akbar Khoso, with his steadfast commitment, has consistently advocated for youth rights at PLUS. His efforts center on providing crucial services such as legal aid, technical education, vocational training, and rehabilitation.
